Beauty and the Beast by Thomas Kinkade as an investment

Thomas Kinkade’s Beauty and the Beast is expected to be the best investment of all the Thomas Kinkade Disney Dreams collection. Not only have our galleries been asked over and over if Thomas Kinkade would be releasing Beauty and the Beast but many collectors who could not afford to purchase Thom’s 12 part Disney series stated they were holding out for Beauty and the Beast.

If you are looking to acquire a Thomas Kinkade strictly for investment purposes, we recommend Beauty and the Beast: 18×27 S/N. Size 18×27 is clearly the most requested and demanded size since it is not too small to miss the details of the paintings and is not too big to make it difficult to find a place to hang it. In addition, with the S/N being the least expensive piece, it is typically a very popular edition among Disney and Thomas Kinkade collectors.

To give you an idea of how these paintings appreciate, Thomas Kinkade’s Snow White was released in August 2008 at which time the 18×27 S/N sold for $995 framed. It is currently selling for $3500.

How do our galleries help our customers resell their Disney artwork? If you purchased your art from us and choose to list your artwork for sale, you are welcome to use us as a reference verifying you purchased your artwork from our galleires so potential buyers know the artwork is authentic and not a fraud. We’ll even give you a free written appraisal depicting the value of your painting. In addition, our services such as free frame exchange, are transferred over to the buyer.

If you would rather we sell your artwork for you, after selling the painting, we would give you your entire money back on what you paid for the painting, plus half of the profits. For example, if you paid $995 for a framed 18×27 Beauty and the Beast S/N and we sold it at a later date for $3500, we would give you $995 back and then split the remainder amount of the profits ($2505) so essentially you would receive a total of $995 + $1252 (profit) for a total of $2247.

We believe that the best time to resell your Disney paintings is when Thomas Kinkade releases his 12th and final painting in the Disney Dreams Collection because at this time the Disney series is still very well known and enough time has elapsed to increase the price of Beauty and the Beast significantly. Remember, Thomas Kinkade is expected to release two Disney Dreams paintings per year which means he will not be releasing the last one until fall of 2013.

Yes, thom will definitely be releasing The Little Mermaid as part of his 12 part Disney Dreams series. Part of his focus is to do all six Official Disney Princesses. Thus far he has released four of the six: Snow White, Cinderella, Belle (Beauty and the Beast), and Tiana (Princess & The Frog-part of the Disney Discoveries Series).

Thomas Kinkade’s Little Mermaid and Sleeping Beauty releases are set to happen in the near future. Dates are not official yet on when they will be released and Disney has a big say as well to the order Thom will be releasing the editions. It was no coincidence that Thomas Kinkade’s Beauty and the Beast was released the same time Disney released the movie on DVD Blue Ray.

Just a reminder that our galleries have some of the best selections of sizes and editions of Thomas Kinkade’s Disney Dreams and Disney Discoveries Series. Plus we ship all over the nation for just $10 and we offer a 100% money back guarantee along with no sales tax. We are also personally endorsed by Thomas Kinkade and his brother Patrick Kinkade. Thanks again for your post.
