Bambi: interesting facts about this painting

Well it’s here! Our Galleries have just received our first batch of Thomas Kinkade’s Bambi limited edition canvases and they are flying out the door. Fortunately, our galleries have now added even more stock allowing us to sell these paintings to new customers as well as existing customers at the original release price. Some galleries are so long on inventory that they have already increased the price.

So how about I reveal some secrets about this painting?

All the characters from the story are featured in Thomas Kinkade’s Bambi:

Starting with Bambi as an adult stag standing over the cliff reflecting on his life in which we see Bambi as a fawn with his friends Thumper the rabbit and Flower the skunk. His girlfriend Faline can be seen behind his friends posing with her mother.

In the distance we can see Bambi ice skating with Thumper in which Bambi’s doing the famous splits on the ice from that notorious scene from the movie. In addition, you’ll notice that Thomas Kinkade captured all 4 seasons featured in the story as well.

The mountain in the background is a tribute to Disney’s Matterhorn ride and probably the most fascinating part of this painting is the fact that Bambi’s mother’s face is featured in the center portion of the Matterhorn mountain.

To the right of the painting Thomas Kinkade featured Bambi’s father in the distance, observing his son taking over his duties as prince of the forest. You’ll also find many other characters from the story including the ducks (look for the duck dipping his foot in the cold water) and the possums hanging upside down on the tree branch.

Thomas Kinkade always paints a tribute to his previous Disney Dreams Collection series and in Bambi, those tributes are:

The Turtle in the water as a tribute to Thomas Kinkade’s Snow White (the first Disney Dreams release).

Geppetto’s goldfish Cleo from Thomas Kinkade’s Pinocchio painting (second release in the Disney Dreams Series) can be seen swimming in the stream.

Tinkerbell is standing on the tree branch on the right of Kinkade’s Bambi as a tribute to Thomas Kinkade’s Peter Pan painting (3rd release in the series).

Jack the mouse and the birds from Kinkade’s Cinderella Wishes Upon a Dream painting (4th in the series) can also be found as well.

Thomas Kinkade also painted five hidden Mickey Mouse ears recognizing that Kinkade’s Bambi is the fifth release (out of 12) in his Disney Dreams series.

As usual, this painting is much better to see in person. Our galleries are offering a money back guarantee on Kinkade’s Bambi.
